McGillens Crossing - Powell Custom Homes proudly started construction on their most exciting project, McGillen’s Crossing, on September 8, 2008.  McGillen’s Crossing is a 50 acre development in the heart of the Village of Mattawan. 23 acres of  this development will be commercial units that can be bought or leased.
